preventDefault option added to InteractionManager
Originially included to disable zooming/scrolling the browser on
mobile.

The user can now set the preventDefault property on the
interactionManager to enable scrolling / zooming of the site.

Also fixed bug so original touch event is passed to touchData too
rather than the mouseData
